How soon will DDWatches ship my order? DDWatches ships orders on the same or next business day depending on when the order was made. Multiple quantity orders, orders that require sizing, or orders that require address verification (such as alternate shipping addresses), may be delayed. If your order will have a delay of more than two business days, we will attempt to contact you.
Does DDWatches ship to International locations? At this time DDWatches only ships within the United States.

Are DDWatches shipments insured? Yes, DDWatches, at its own expense, insures all orders prior to shipping so there is no need to worry about lost or damaged shipments.
Will I need to be present to received the delivery? No, on most orders we do not require a signature for the delivery. However, we highly recommend that you have a person available to sign and receive the order. This helps avoid delayed deliveries lost shipments. All orders over $350 require a signature upon delivery.
Can I ship the order to an address other than my credit card's billing address? Yes, just make sure you input the correct shipping address.

Do all watches come with a serial number? Yes, all watches sold from DDWatches include a factory serial number if applicable.
What types of payment does DDWatches take? Currently, we accept Paypal and Google Checkout (both of which can use credit cards; all you need to do is make an account with them).
Will DDWatches size my watch before it is shipped? We offer to adjust metal band or bracelet to requested size within original band length on most styles.

If the watch you want to order has a re-sizable bracelet or metal band, you may ask us to adjust its size. Please measure your wrist, using a soft ruler or measure tape (add 0.25 to 0.5 Inch, depends how loose you like it.)
All removed band parts will be included and shipped with your watch.
In some cases we may need an extra day before shipping.

The watch I want is not listed on your web site, can you special order it for me? No, unfortunately all the watches that we carry are listed on our web site. If the brand or model is not listed, then we do not carry it.
After the Order is Complete
The tracking number I received does not appear to be valid? Often, we generate tracking numbers for order before your watch is physically shipped. Once the carrier picks up and scans your package, it will be trackable. This typically happens around 7 to 8 PM pacific time on business days only.
How do I track my order after it is placed? Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is packaged.
I just received my watch and I need to have it sized, what are my options? We recommend that you take your watch to a local jewelry store that provides this service.
I need to get the battery changed in my watch? If your watch has a warranty through DDWatches, please fill out the contact us form with your name, e-mail address, and model number and DDWatches will change the battery for you. If your warranty is through the manufacturer, please consult the manufacturer and follow their guidelines for battery replacement.

How is my credit card charged? When you place your order a pre-authorization is taken on your credit card. This simply checks to make sure you provided a valid credit card number that it has the available balance to cover the cost of the watch you ordered. As soon as we confirm that the watch is in stock, we will charge the credit card.
